the stay was almost delightful—if only the dirty toilet didn’t have urine spots and the mold in the shower didn’t exist. it would’ve been nice to have an upgrade or a complimentary snack for all my troubles, but instead I got treated like a everyday visitor. i just couldn’t with this place.

Positive, We loved the spacious Triple Room with a modern bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the service was great. The receptionist even helped us with a flat tire, which was super nice. Great view of the fortress and a lovely atmosphere overall! 😊

Had a nice stay in a Double or Twin Room. Room was spacious with a comfy bed. Enjoyed the shower and flat-screen TV. Breakfast had good variety. There's a rooftop terrace with amazing views of the fortress. The parking is easy. The neighborhood felt safe, just 10 minutes to the Tsarevets Fortress entrance for sightseeing.
